This is a follow up to the original post on Illegal Immigration - Following is an email that is going around that I though to be appropriate to post:

Let me make this perfectly clear!

THIS IS MY COUNTRY!

And, because I make this statement

DOES NOT mean I'm against immigration!!!

YOU ARE WELCOME HERE IN MY COUNTRY.

Welcome to come through like everyone else has.

Get a sponsor!

Get a place to lay your head!

Get a job!

Live by OUR rules!

Pay YOUR taxes!

And

LEARN THE LANGUAGE LIKE ALL OTHER

IMMIGRANTS HAVE IN THE PAST!!!

AND PLEASE DON'T DEMAND THAT WE HAND OVER OUR

LIFETIME SAVINGS OF SOCIAL SECURITY FUNDS TO YOU

?TO MAKE UP FOR ''YOUR'' LOSSES.

If you don't want to forward this for fear of offending someone,

then YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM!

When will AMERICAN'S STOP giving away THEIR RIGHTS???

We've gone so far the other way ...?bent over backwards not to

offend anyone. But it seems no one cares about the AMERICAN

that's being offended!

To put some perspective on this problems see
Mexico's Immigration Laws.

Press 1 for English my behind. I'm living in the middle of Mexifornia and I hate it. I want the same immigration laws here that Mexico has. Have you read theirs? :)

I couldn't agree more. We are so duplicitous on some many issues. This is just another example. God forbid we offend someone. I really believe that this goes back to the days of slavery and how we will never live it down. We have to just get over it and move on!!!

Doing a little happy dance here and I wish THAT would be the official statement from all our politicians.

It won't be, but mannnnnnnnnnn I love how you said it.
